I was charged but Pro isn't unlocked

Open the app → Profile tab → tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If Restore doesn't work, email us with your App Store receipt and we'll fix it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by SATellar:

You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the SATellar charge, and request a refund. We can't issue refunds directly.

How do I reset my progress?

All your data is stored locally on your device. To fully reset:

This removes your streak, sessions, bookmarks, and badges. Your subscription stays with your Apple ID — tap Restore Purchases after reinstalling.

The app crashed or froze

My score prediction dropped — is something wrong?

No, that's by design. The prediction reflects your most recent performance. A tough session or an off day will pull it down; a string of correct answers will pull it back up. Over time it stabilizes. We recommend practicing consistently for at least a week before judging the prediction.

Is my data private?

Yes. Practice data never leaves your device. Apple processes your subscription purchase through RevenueCat, which receives a purchase token and anonymous user ID — nothing else. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
